- Bathe daily; wash hands before and after meals and after visiting the toilet
- Brush teeth night and morning and rinse mouth after every meal.
- Be regular in visiting the lavoratory
- Have an upright position when sitting and standing
- Our body needs fresh air and sunlight
- Exercise regularly for health and maintenance of ideal body weight
- Use a handkerchief/ tissue to cover mouth when coughing or sneezing
- Do not spit
- Have a balanced and varied diet for healthy growth
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Have at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep and rest per day
- Wear clean clothes and use clean personal articles

Health Law Accreditation
This accredition is only for Secondary One cadets. To pass, you have to memorise all 12 Health Laws and are to recite them during the accredition. The 12 Health Laws are:-
